First Aid Training

Multi-Discipline Outdoor Instructors

& Commercial Endorsed Sailors / Powerboaters.

 

SPR believes in providing the best training in the most cost-effective way, if you are an instructor in different outdoor pursuits you may need different First Aid courses to keep current and valid.

 

This could mean attending more than one course; incurring more cost and downtime.

 

SPR can now provide a solution with approval of Royal Yachting Association (RYA) and Qualifications Network UK (QNUK).

 

We can now offer an option; if you complete the RYA First Aid Course with SPR – and if you need a 16 hour Outdoor First Aid you can now do an extra Day training afterwards and obtain QNUK Level 3:  Award in Outdoor First Aid (RQF) – this will be a slightly longer day to ensure all Learning Requirements can be met & assessments completed.

 

This means you can meet the requirements for RYA Instructors and MCA Commercial Endorsement up to Yacht Master™ Offshore /Advanced Powerboat with the RYA First Aid Certificate, but if you need a 16 Hour Course for another National Governing Body (NGB) you can choose to do the optional 2nd Day you will receive a QNUK Level 3:  Award in Outdoor First Aid (RQF) that is accepted by Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, British Canoeing, BASI, Snow Sports, Kayaking and Mountain Training UK and various others NGBs.

 

This means you get the best of both worlds and makes life easier for Instructors to meet different NGBs and the MCA requirements for Commercial Endorsement.

EXTRA 1 DAY BOLT ON (Only available if you have attended a RYA First Aid Course ran by SPR)

 

QNUK Level 3:  Award in Outdoor First Aid (RQF) (16 Hr) + £84 inc. VAT

 

As with all courses Prices include Books, Training Pack, Certificates, Lunch & Refreshments & FREE car parking at our custom designed training facilities in Airdrie.
